Trinidad Luna Amador

Trinidad Luna Amador, age 82, of Yancey, Texas, passed away peacefully at home with family on July 26, 2026. Trinidad was born in Hondo on March 20, 1944, to Feliz and Silverio Amador.

Trinidad is preceded in death by his parents: Feliz and Silverio Amador; Stepfather: Santiago Frausto; siblings: Simon Amador, Ramona Morales, Luis Amador, Silverio Amador, Maria Cabrera, Margarita Amador, and Rosa Jasso; stepsiblings: Santiago Frausto, Pedro Frausto, Feliz Frausto, Angelina DeLeon, Jose Frausto, and Meliton Frausto; and grandparents: Antonio and Trine Morales.

Trinidad is survived by his loving wife: Esther Amador; daughters: Zelda Sanchez (Rene), and Priscilla Clemmons (Paul); sister: Estella DeLeon (Pedro); brother: Juan Amador (Lupe); and 3 grandchildren: Gabriel, Noah, and James Clemmons.

A visitation will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church on Thursday, July 30, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. followed by recitation of the rosary at 11:00 a.m., Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m., and will conclude with interment at Yancey Cemetery.

Services are under the Direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
