Sylvia is preceded in death by her mother and great-grandson: Poseidon Cardenas.
Sylvia is survived by her husband: Cruz Gauna, Sr.; and children: April Reyes, Cruz “C.J.” Gauna, Jr., Velinda Gauna, Fonzie Gauna, and Eddie Gauna; and 8 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Hondo Funeral Home.
