Roger Palacios, Jr., age 59, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on July 18, 2021, in Hondo, Texas. Roger was born in Alice, Texas on February 13, 1962, to Roger Palacios, Sr. and Maria Judith Compean.

Roger is preceded in death by his son: Rogelio Antonio Palacios; parents: Roger Palacios, Sr., and Maria Judith Compean Horno; and grandparents: Jose and Belen Hilda Compean.

Roger is survived by his daughter: Danielle Guzman (DJ); sisters: Denise Scales (Henry Rodriguez), Nanette Dehmer (Philip), Cynthia Chapa (Jim), and Patra Brown; and brother: Stephen Lozano.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., followed by recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Hondo Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, July 30, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church.
