He is survived by his loving wife: Yvonne Garcia; daughter: Loretta Garcia; sister: Genevieve Flores (Albert); brothers: Hector Garcia (Elizabeth), Sam Garcia, Oscar Garcia (Nelda); and mother-in-law: Elida Aldana.
