Raul Medrano Leal, age 82, of Yancey, Texas, passed away on January 2, 2023, in Yancey. Raul was born in Yancey, Texas on January 18, 1940, to Juanita and Arnulfo Leal.

Raul is preceded in death by his wife: Rachael Leal; children: Tammy Leal, and Lionel Leal; parents: Arnulfo and Juanita Leal; 2 brothers, and 5 sisters.

Raul is survived by his son: Tim Leal (Kira); daughters: Alicia Leal (Alvin Palomo), and Elizabeth Leal Torres (Michael); 2 sisters, 1 brother, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Cremation rites have been accorded. No services to be held.

Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
