Pedro Ybarra

Pedro Ybarra, age 74, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on January 5, 2024, in San Antonio. Pedro was born in Mathis, Texas on July 29, 1949, to Filomana and Juan Ybarra.

Pedro is preceded in death by his infant son: Danny Ybarra; parents: Juan and Filomana Ybarra; brothers: Juan Ybarra, Francisco Ybarra, Santos Ybarra, and Luis Ybarra; sisters: Linda Navarro, and San Juana Ybarra (infant).

Pedro is survived by his son: Pete Ybarra (Eva); brothers: Martin Ybarra, Baldo Ybarra, and Robert Ybarra; 3 grandchildren: Cyrena Ybarra, Stephanie Ybarra, and Daniel Ybarra; and 2 great-grandchildren: Jaysen Ybarra, and Natalie Sanchez-Ybarra.

A visitation will be held at Hondo Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. An additional service will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Hondo Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Hondo Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
