Olga Hernandez

Olga Hernandez, age 83, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on August 31, 2021, in Hondo, Texas. Olga was born in D’Hanis, Texas on June 18, 1938, to Manuela and Francisco Rodriguez.

Olga is preceded in death by her husband: Monico Hernandez; son: Edward Dominguez; and sister: Dolores Cortez.

Olga is survived by her son: Felix Dominguez (Becky); daughter: Theresa Ytuarte (Jose A.); five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers: Eddie Ytuarte, John Perez, David Barrios, Jr., Bobby Villa, Taylor Dominguez, and Milo Quintanilla.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021, followed by recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Hondo Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at St. John’s Catholic Church, followed by interment at Hondo cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
