Mark Aguirre

Mark Aguirre, age 60, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on April 21, 2026, in Hondo. Mark was born in Hondo, Texas on September 25, 1965, to Alicia and Carlos F. Aguirre, Sr.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents: Alicia and Carlos Aguirre, Sr.; brother: Carlos Aguirre, Jr; and sister: Veronica Aguirre.

Mark is survived by his sisters: Norma Gonzalez (Felipe Rodriguez), Lollie Rodriguez (the late Gregorio “Goyo”), Elenor Ytuarte (the late Roy Ytuarte, Sr.), Isabel Sanchez (Eloy), and Julie Bermudez (the late Rogelio “China”); brothers: Anthony Aguirre (Claire Castillo), and Rene Aguirre; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mark’s biggest passion was his family and his faith. He was a hard working Christian man. He loved his family deeply and was considered the rock of the family. Mark was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs and enjoyed watching their games in his free time.
