Margarita is preceded in death by her husband: Henry Gonzales; parents; brothers: Santos Reyes, Robert Reyes, and John Reyes; and sister: Tommie Duarte.
Margarita is survived by her son: Daniel Gonzales; daughters: Margarita Gonzales Esquivel and Anna Maria Gonzales San Miguel; sisters: Suzie Basaldua, Lucy Reyes, and Lupe Covalt; brother: Margarito Reyes; 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
