Guadalupe Contreras, age 85 of Hondo, Texas passed away May 13, 2020. He was born on August 4, 1934 in Hondo, Texas to Juan and Josefa Contreras.
Guadalupe was preceded in death by his wife: Petra Contreras, and daughter: Irma Santillano.
Guadalupe is survived by his daughters Gloria Valdilles (Senon, Jr.), Josie Perez, Mary Dominguez (Jerry); sons: Albert Contreras (Anita), Ernesto Contreras (Lupe), Lupe Contreras, Jr. (Lupita); numerous sisters and brothers; 16 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2020 in the main chapel at Hondo Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
