Frances Salazar, age 85, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on June 15, 2024, in Hondo. Frances was born in Hondo, Texas on October 10, 1938, to Julia and Felix Cuellar.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband: Leandro Salazar; parents: Felix and Julia Cuellar; brother: Felix Cuellar; and sister-in-law: Emma G. Cuellar.
Frances is survived by her daughter: Esmeralda Salazar (Modesto Rodriguez); sons: Leandro Salazar, Jr., and Orlando Salazar; sister: Rose Cuellar; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at St. John's Catholic Church from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by Recitation of the Rosary at 2:30 p.m., Funeral Mass at 3:00 p.m., and interment at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
