Evan William McNiel, age 38, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on October 2, 2025, in San Antonio. Evan was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 10, 1986, to William McNiel and Nena Milligan.

Evan is preceded in death by his infant grandson: Alehkye Martinez; and his parents: William F. McNiel and Nena M. Milligan.

Evan is survived by his wife: Angela McNiel; sons: Kenneth Navarro (Alyssa), Leon McNiel; daughters: Angelina McNiel (Zach), Cloe McNiel, and RyAnn Navarro (John); 2 step-sisters, and 2 half-brothers.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Hondo Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Services are under the Direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
