Enrique Gonzales, age 84, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on June 27, 2026. Enrique was born in Hondo on May 22, 1942, to Maclovia and Margarito Gonzales.
Enrique is preceded in death by his parents: Margarito and Maclovia Gonzales; and brothers: Ernesto Gonzales, and Ruben Gonzales.
Enrique is survived by his wife: Maria Carmen Gonzales; sons: Joe Gonzales (Elva), Michael Gonzales, Felix Gonzales (Vanisa), and Henry Gonzales, Jr.; and sisters: Irma Gonzales, and Belia Solis (Jerry).
A visitation will be held at Hondo Funeral Home on Friday, July 3, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. followed by Recitation of the Rosary at 10:30 a.m., and will conclude with a graveside service and interment at Hondo Cemetery at 11:15 a.m.
Services are under the Direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
