Emma is preceded in death by her parents: James Oscar Clark, and Effie Jane Strickland; brother: Ray Strickland; and sister: Camille Iness.
Emma is survived by her loving husband: Jesus Garcia; sons: Brian Michael Hewgley (Jeannie), and Shaun Macmillan (Stacy); daughter: Shanna Hewgley; sister: Elizabeth Batto (Raymond); brother: Victor Strickland (Genie); nieces: Toni Batto, and Bernie Batto; and 6 grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Hondo Funeral Home.
Services are under the direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
