Cipriano is preceded in death by his parents: Eufrasio Sr. and Juanita Castillo; son: Esteban Angel Castillo, II; great-grandmother: Amada Oranday.

Cipriano is survived by his daughters:Clair Castillo (Joe Anthony), Clovia Castillo (Joey), and Valerie Castillo.; sisters: Delfina Dillinger (Steve), Esmeralda Castillo, Olga Figueroa (Eddie), Esther Romo, and Sofia Alvarez; brother: Eufrasio Castillo, Jr. (Tina); grandchildren: Sedrick Alexander Castillo, Javen Aguirre, Jalyce Aguirre, Adri Ann Valle, and Javery Aguirre; and dear friend: Janie Mares.
