Armando Saldana Fuentez, age 78, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on February 8, 2025, in Hondo, Texas. Armando was born in Natalia, Texas on October 29, 1946, to Julia and Antonio Fuentez, Sr..
Armando is preceded in death by his parents: Julia and Antonio Fuentez, Sr.; and brother: Antonio Fuentez, Jr.
Armando is survived by his loving wife: Corina C. Fuentez; son: Armando Fuentez, Jr. (Rachel); daughter: Alice Trevino; 4 sisters, and 1 brother; grandchildren: Mikal Alec Trevino, David A. Fuentez, Victoria E. Fuentez, and Julia N. Fuentez; and great-granddaughters: Adalynn J. Fuentez, and Elianna G. Fuentez.
A visitation will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church on Friday, February 14, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m., Recitation of the Rosary at 10:30 a.m., and Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment with Marine military Honors at Hondo Cemetery.
Services are under the Direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
