Alexandra Sandra Valerie Cecelia Guile

Alexandra Sandra Valerie Cecelia Guile, age 82, of Hondo, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2026, peacefully at home. Alexandra was born in Kent, England on September 22, 1943, to Cecelia and Alan Coles.

Alexandra was a loving mother. When her first husband passed away in the 1960’s, she became a single mother and raised seven children on her own. She learned the art of French cooking and became a professional chef. Alexandra is preceded in death by her parents.

Alexandra is survived by her loving husband: Alan R. Guile; sons: Nicolas, John, and Alexander; daughters: Angela, Andrea, Alisa, and Aimeé; stepchildren: John, Dennis, Vickey, and Jessica; 1 sister; brother: Baden; 23 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. located at shelter #1.
