Baylor is survived by his mother: Emma G. Cuellar; sisters: Virginia Alejandro (Jesse), Veronica Torres (Bobby), Anna Garcia (Gary Olive), Elizabeth Alejandro (Freddy), and Sandra Cuellar; brothers: Johnny Cuellar (Clemencia Garcia) and Felix Eddie Cuellar; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
