Agapito is preceded in death by his son: Dino Benavides; parents: Angelita and Agapito, Sr.; and granddaughter: Cassandra Benavides.
Agapito is survived by his beloved friend: Olga Bernal; daughters: Sandy Ytuarte (Rudy), Jeanne Jasso (Pedro Saldivar, III), Laura Molina, and Mandy Benavides (Eloy Saldivar, Sr.); brothers: Robert Benavides (Janie), and Ernesto Benavides (Lydia); 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and numerous nephews.
